Now that you've paid and filled out the design form, here's few pieces of information regarding your new logo design and the turnaround times.
Turnaround Time
- We always ask for 3-5 days to get you the first rendering
- Turnaround times vary based on how busy we are and where you are at in the queue
- Most times we finish before the timelines
- Once we complete the first rendering we will shoot it over to you either via IG or email
After You Get The 1st Rendering
At this point you would either approve of the design or need some changes made. Not to worry, we are only human and we don't always get it right the first time. Unlike other designers who only give you a couple revisions, we give our clients unlimited revisions so we simply keep working on it until it's finished.
What Formats Are Included With My Order?
You will get the following with your final approved design:
- PNG Transparent
- JPG
- 3D
- Vector Files
Do You Get 100% Rights To Your Design?
Yes. It's your design. We don't need any type of rights to your design. We know this is something common with other designers but we think it's plain bad business.
Your Patience Is Much Appreciated
We don't always get it right the first time and sometimes we don't get it right the second time. But we surely get it right eventually. Please be patient as sometimes the difficult part of the process is trying to interpret what our client's vision is. Rest assured that we will get it right.
Do We Have A Refund Policy?
Yes. We are strict about refunds and at the same time we are completely reasonable. If both parties put forth a valiant effort to get the logo done and we went through the revision process, then we come to a point where it makes sense to issue a refund then we will surely do so.
The times we do not issue refunds is when a client signs up and we do the design and they say they don't like it and then ask for a refund. Following this type of action will only result in a delay in our clients getting the design they will truly love. Not many designers will nail a design on the first shot.
Simply put, be reasonable about the expectations of the design and we are 100% reasonable about a refund.
